Project Experience

Completion of CEQA equivalent air quality and greenhouse emissions analyses for over two dozen natural gas fired and over a dozen renewable thermal energy power plant siting cases for the California Energy Commission (CEC), and over a half dozen wind power plants, and several photovoltaic solar power plants for other clients.

 

Completion of visible and/or thermal plume modeling analyses for several dozen CEC power plant siting cases. Development of the technical methodology for visible and thermal plume analyses and completion of the CEC's Plume Modeling Training Course manual.

 

Expert witness testimony given to support staff impact analyses for several CEC power plant licensing cases.
