WHO I AM
WHAT I DO

I am a California based Cornell University chemical engineering graduate with over 30 years of environmental analysis experience. Registered professional engineer in the State of California and South Coast Air Quality Management District Certified Permitting Professional with expert witness training and experience. I have created and conducted air quality training sessions for air quality professionals and others, including focused air quality regulatory issues training and emissions estimating, air dispersion modeling, and plume (visible/thermal plumes) modeling training. 

Experience includes a range of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure project CEQA/NEPA air quality and GHG/climate change analyses from small construction projects to large multi-jurisdictional projects requiring federal General Conformity analysis. Substantial experience with emissions inventory and ambient air and health risk impact modeling analyses, that includes experience creating emissions inventories for on-road vehicles, off-road equipment, marine vessels, locomotives, fixed wing aircraft and helicopters, and small and major stationary sources.

  4. Transparent Costs. One low professional hourly rate ($125/hour) for all clients, that can be further reduced (as low as $100/hour) based on contract insurance requirements.
